Bulk property registration

If you are a Property Manager, you can easily create all your properties and upload all your reviews at once in bulk.

Just create a data sheet (Excel, CSV) with the corresponding fields. For your convenience, templates are available for download here in both CSV and Excel formats. We recommend using Excel. The templates already have some example data. Add as much content as you need, one property per row. Be careful to keep the format and fulfill all the mandatory fields marked with *.

Pay attention to the format of the import file. The separator must be a comma (,) and make sure there are no blanks. You can download and use the templates that we provide as a help.

Once you have all the properties listed in the file, upload it using this form.

Please note that before importing properties, you will need to accept a notice on the screen. This notice informs you that if the number of properties exceeds the number included in your plan, your plan will be updated to the corresponding tier, which will modify your billing accordingly.

Deleting an Imported File

In the “Imported files” tab, you will see the list of imported files. Next to each file, there is an icon with a red cross. By clicking on the icon, the imported file will be deleted, and the properties that were imported with that file will also be removed.
