Hide or remove a negative review
We understand your concern about negative reviews potentially discouraging bookings. However, it’s essential to maintain transparency and credibility by displaying all reviews, both positive and negative. This approach helps to build trust with potential guests and demonstrates authenticity.
While we don’t offer the option to hide negative reviews, we do provide features to help you highlight positive feedback. You can reorder the reviews within the widget to showcase the best ones first. This can be done in the “CONTENTS” tab within the widget settings.
