Hostfully Widget Integration

Hostfully Widget Integration

🔧 How to Install Revyoos Widgets on Your Hostfully Website

Revyoos integrates directly with Hostfully, making it easy to manage and display your vacation rental reviews. By simply connecting your Hostfully account with Revyoos, your reviews will automatically appear under the “Reviews” tab of each property in your Hostfully portfolio — no widget installation required.

However, if you’d like to display your Revyoos reviews using our customizable widgets (such as floating widgets), please follow the instructions below.

âś… Requirements Before You Begin

Before you can install Revyoos widgets on a Hostfully site, you need to ensure the following Hostfully settings and features are enabled:

1. White Labeling Must Be Enabled

Widgets can only be added if White Labeling is activated in your Hostfully account.
  1. White Labeling is only available for the following plans:
    1. Pro
    2. Pro Plus
    3. Premium
  2.  It is not available on the Starter plan.
  3. You can find more details here:  đꑉ Hostfully: Set Up Your Custom Branding

2. You Need a Custom Website Domain

White Labeling and custom HTML edits are only available if you’re using your own custom domain.
If you’re only using Hostfully’s default booking site (e.g., youragency.hostfully.com), you won’t be able to add external widgets.

đź”— Step-by-Step: Installing Revyoos Widgets on Hostfully

Once your White Labeling setup is complete, follow these steps to install a Revyoos widget:

Step 1: Add the Revyoos Universal Script

  1. Log in to your Hostfully account.
  2. Navigate to Agency Settings > White Labeling.
  3. Scroll to the Header HTML section.
  4. Paste your Revyoos Universal Script here. This code is provided in your Revyoos account and is necessary to load any widget.
💡 If you’re unsure where to find the Universal Script, log in to your Revyoos dashboard, go to the “Widgets” section, and click on “Install Universal Code”.

Step 2: Configure Floating Widgets in Revyoos

Info
We recommend using Floating Widgets, as they are easier to install and do not require additional positioning code.
  1. Log in to your Revyoos dashboard.
  2. Go to the Widgets section
  3. You can either:
  4. Edit an existing widget, or
  5. Click “Create Widget” to set up a new one.
     4. Choose a Floating Widget layout (Horizontal tab, Vertical tab, Floating Circle).
     5. Customize the design and settings as you wish.
     6. In the “Installation” tab of the widget setup, add the list of URLs where the widget should appear.
  1. Example: https://book.hostfully.com/youraccountname/property-1
đź”” Be sure to include the exact full URLs of the property pages where you want the widget to display.

🎉 That’s it!

Once your widget settings are saved in Revyoos and your Universal Code is active in Hostfully's White Label header, your widgets will automatically appear on your property pages within the Hostfully website.
