Option 1: Using the Quick Start Tool

Step-by-Step:
  1. Log into your Revyoos account.
  2. Select the option to import reviews using Quick Start. This tool allows you to transfer all your Airbnb properties to Revyoos in one step.
  3. ​Wait for confirmation. The import time will depend on the number of properties you have on Airbnb. You will receive a notification via email when the process is complete.
  4. Add multiple profiles. If you manage multiple Airbnb accounts, you can add multiple profiles to consolidate all your properties into Revyoos.

  1. Automatic Association: The Quick Start tool automatically associates the properties from your entered Airbnb profile, using the corresponding link for each property.


Option 2: Manually Copying the Airbnb Link

Step-by-Step:
  1. Log into your Revyoos account.
  2. Go to the property page for which you want to import reviews.
  3. ​Navigate to the “Booking Channels” tab on the property page.
  4. ​URL input form. Here you can enter the URLs of the booking platforms.
  5. ​Copy the public URL of the property from Airbnb. Go to Airbnb and copy the public URL of the property you want to add. The public URL is the one that users can visit, not the URL accessed as an admin from your Airbnb control panel.
  6. ​Paste the URL into the form on Revyoos and save the changes.

  1. Public URL vs. Admin URL: Make sure to copy the public URL, which is accessible to any user, and not the internal URL you use as an admin on Airbnb.
Additional Note

If you have an account with Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully, synchronization with Revyoos is fully automatic. This means that both properties and booking channel links are synchronized automatically, so you don’t need to worry about adding links to your Revyoos account. Just keep your Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully account up to date, and Revyoos will handle the rest.
