How to collect reviews from Booking.com

Adding reviews from Booking.com into Revyoos is a simple task that allows you to manage all your reviews in one place. By manually adding the links to your properties, Revyoos makes it easy to consolidate and monitor your vacation rental reviews.

Manually Adding the Booking.com Link

      1.  Access Booking.com Dashboard:
      Log in to your Booking.com account and navigate to the Dashboard.
      2.  Select a Property:
      Identify the property for which you want to obtain the URL. Click on the property to select it.
      3.  Locate Public Link:
      Within the property’s Dashboard on Booking.com, locate the icon resembling an eye in the header. This icon represents the             public link provided by Booking.com for the selected property.

      4.  Copy Public Link:
      Click on the eye icon to open the public link. Copy the URL provided by Booking.com.

Follow these steps:
  1. Log into your Revyoos account.
  2. Go to the property page where you want to add reviews.
  3. ​Click on the “Booking Channels” tab on that property’s page.
  4. ​You’ll see a form where you can enter the URLs of various booking platforms.
  5. ​Now, go to Booking.com and copy the public URL of the property you want to include. Make sure to copy the URL that guests can access, not the one available in your admin panel.
  6. ​Paste this URL into the form on Revyoos and click “ADD” button.

Public URL vs. Admin URL: Ensure that you are copying the public URL visible to guests and not the admin URL from your Booking.com dashboard.

Additional Information:

If you use property management systems like Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully, integration with Revyoos is seamless. This means that both property details and booking platform links are synchronized automatically, so there’s no need to manually add links to your Revyoos account. Keep your Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully account up to date, and Revyoos will take care of the rest.
