How to collect reviews from Vrbo

Importing Vrbo reviews into Revyoos is a straightforward process that allows you to manage all your reviews from a single platform. By manually copying the links of your properties, Revyoos makes it easy to centralize and manage your vacation rental reviews.

Manually Copying the Vrbo Link

  1. Log in to VRBO.
  2. In the horizontal menu, click on your name to open the user menu.
  3. ​In the user menu, click on “Owner Dashboard.”
  4. ​Select a property.
  5. ​Click on “Property” > “Property Details.”
  6. ​Click on the ID. This will open the public URL in a new tab. Select and copy this URL.
Adding Vrbo link on Revyoos:

  1. Log into your Revyoos account.
  2. Go to the property page for which you want to import reviews.
  3. ​Navigate to the “Booking Channels” tab on the property page.
  4. ​URL input form. Here you can enter the URLs of the booking platforms.
  5. ​Copy the public URL of the property from Vrbo. Go to Vrbo and copy the public URL of the property you want to add. The public URL is the one that users can visit, not the URL accessed as an admin from your Vrbo control panel.
  6. ​Paste the URL into the form on Revyoos and click “ADD” button to save the changes.

  1. Public URL vs. Admin URL: Make sure to copy the public URL, which is accessible to any user, and not the internal URL you use as an admin on Vrbo.
Additional Note

If you have an account with Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully, synchronization with Revyoos is fully automatic. This means that both properties and booking channel links are synchronized automatically, so you don’t need to worry about adding links to your Revyoos account. Just keep your Guesty, Hostaway, or Hostfully account up to date, and Revyoos will handle the rest.
