How to Sort Reviews Inside Your Widget

You can easily control how your reviews are displayed in your widget from the Customize section.



Under the Reviews menu, you’ll find two main blocks of settings:

1. Sort Reviews

This option allows you to define the order in which reviews appear in your widget. You can choose between:
  1. Date: Displays reviews starting with the most recent ones, regardless of rating.
  2. Rating: Displays reviews with the highest ratings first. Within each rating group (e.g., all 5-star reviews), they are ordered from newest to oldest. This means that negative reviews will be shown last, helping you highlight your best feedback.

2. Booking Channels

This setting allows you to filter which reviews are displayed based on their origin.
You can select one or more booking channels (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo), and the widget will only show reviews coming from those selected sources.
