How to Sort Reviews Inside Your Widget

You can easily control how your reviews are displayed in your widgets. Select the widget (Global, Property or Custom) you would like to customize and click Configure Design. Select Reviews Tab.





Under the Reviews tab, you’ll find two main blocks of settings:

1. Sorting and Limit

This option allows you to define the order in which reviews appear in your widget and the numbers of reviews to display. You can choose between:
  1. Date: Displays reviews starting with the most recent ones, regardless of rating.
  2. Rating: Displays reviews with the highest ratings first. Within each rating group (e.g., all 5-star reviews), they are ordered from newest to oldest. This means that negative reviews will be shown last, helping you highlight your best feedback.

2. Booking Channels

This setting allows you to filter which reviews are displayed based on their origin.
You can select one or more booking channels (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo), and the widget will only show reviews coming from those selected sources.
