Multiple header sections

Multiple header sections

Why This Matters

In most cases, your website has a single <head> section that applies to all pages. This means you only need to insert the Universal Code once for it to work across your entire site.

However, in some cases, different pages may have separate <head> sections. If the Universal Code is not placed in all relevant <head> sections, the widget may not appear correctly on some pages.

When Does This Happen?

Your website might have multiple <head> sections if:
  1. You are using a PMS web editor, which may generate some pages separately.
  2. Your website integrates with external tools that create specific pages dynamically.
  3. Your website uses custom-built templates, where some pages have a different structure.
Solution

📌 If some pages on your website have a separate <head> section, you must manually insert the Universal Code into each <head> section where you want the widget to appear.

For step-by-step guidance, we recommend contacting your website’s technical support team, whether it’s your development team, PMS provider, or external tool support service. They can help ensure the code is correctly installed on all necessary pages.
