RentalWise Widget Integration

RentalWise Widget Integration

If you’re using RentalWise as your PMS and you’ve built your website with their website builder, you can easily integrate Revyoos widgets using a special component made for this purpose.

However, please note an important detail before you begin:

⚠️ About the Universal Code

The latest Revyoos widgets use a Universal Code that must be added to the <head> of your website. Unfortunately, RentalWise does not currently allow head code customization.
If you wish to use the Universal Code, you will need to contact RentalWise support directly to request assistance.
For now, we’ve kept the old widget embed method available specifically for platforms like RentalWise where head injection isn’t supported.

📌 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Find the Old Widget Code in Revyoos

To use a widget with RentalWise, you need the “Old Widget” code. Here’s where to find it:
  1. Global Widgets: Widgets > Global Widgets > Old Widget
  2. Property Widgets: Widgets > Property Widgets > Old Widget
  3. Custom Widgets: Create Your Widgets > Old Widgets

Choose the type of widget you want and copy the code.

2. Open the RentalWise Website Builder

  1. Go to your RentalWise dashboard.
  2. Navigate to: My Website > Customize

The page editor will open. At the top, you can choose which page to edit. On the left, you’ll see the current components of the selected page (e.g., Search Box, Image with Text, Title, Recent Properties Grid).

3. Add the Revyoos Widget Component

1. Click the + Add component button.

2. From the list, choose “Revyoos global widget”.

3. This will add a new component to the bottom of your page layout. It includes a text field where you can paste the widget code.

4. Paste the Widget Code

Let’s say you want to add your Global Widget:
  1. Go to Widgets > Global Widgets > Old Widget in your Revyoos dashboard.
  2. Copy the widget code.
  3. Return to the RentalWise website builder and paste the code into the text field of the Revyoos global widget component.

5. Save and You’re Done!

Click Save in the RentalWise editor.
Your Revyoos widget will now appear on your website. You can update the widget’s style, content, or configuration directly from your Revyoos dashboard — any changes you make there will be reflected automatically on your RentalWise website.
