Managing Your Account

The My Account section is your central hub for managing various aspects of your Revyoos account. Here you can update business information, manage your subscription, connect with Property Management Systems (PMS), and configure your account settings.

Accessing My Account

Navigate to My Account from your main menu to access all account management features.

Available Settings

1. Account Information

Complete your profile with accurate business details. This section includes:

  • Business contact information
  • Company details
  • Subscription status overview - view your current plan and billing information

Take your time to fill out this form completely, as this information may be used across the platform.

2. Subscription Management

  • Change your subscription plan at any time
  • Upgrade or downgrade your service level
  • View billing history and manage payment methods
  • Access plan comparison and features

3. PMS Connection

Manage your Property Management System integration:

  • Request Connect or disconnect your account from supported PMS platforms
  • Available integrations: Guesty, Hostfully, and Hostaway
  • Monitor connection status

4. Change Password

Update your account security by changing your login password. Ensure you use a strong, unique password for account protection.

5. Notification Settings

Customize your email preferences:

  • Choose which emails you want to receive from Revyoos

6. Delete Account

If you decide to permanently remove your account and all associated data from our servers:

  • Access this option from the account settings
  • ⚠️ This action is irreversible - all your data will be permanently deleted
