How to Add Properties

Once you’ve created your account on Revyoos, there are four methods for adding your properties.

Integration with a PMS
With Revyoos, when creating your account or later, you can choose to integrate with a Property Management System (PMS). We offer integration with (Guesty, Hostfully, and Hostaway). Go to your account details at the bottom of the dashboard and select PMS Connection.



Choose from the list of PMS and follow the procedure to proceed. 




Adding Your Airbnb Profile
At the end of the account creation process, you have the opportunity to link your Airbnb profile, or profiles. This process will import all your properties and reviews from Airbnb in one step. Under Management section, expand Properties and select Airbnb Profiles. Follow the steps to complete the import.




Manual Addition with External Links
If you have a manageable number of properties, we recommend adding them manually using the Property Creation Form. Click the + sign next to Properties to display the form. Enter the property’s name; it is not necessary to add external links at this stage.




To add external links (or booking channels) later, go to the property’s details page by clicking its name in the properties list, then click on the “Booking Channels” tab. Please note that the links you add should be the public pages where your property is listed, such as Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, Expedia, Tripadvisor, Google, or Trustpilot.

Importing via Excel/CSV
You can also import your properties (along with external links) using an Excel spreadsheet. In the Management section > Properties, select Bulk Import. You can download a template and fill it out with your property details. Once you have it ready, upload it to the system.
