🔧 What Is a Property in Revyoos?

In Revyoos, Properties are the foundation of your review management setup. Each property acts as a container that links your reviews, OTAs, widgets, and guest feedback — helping you keep everything organized and clearly associated with the correct listing.

This section of our Help Center explains how properties work, how to set them up, and what you can do with them.

A Property in Revyoos represents a vacation rental unit that you manage. It can be connected to one or more OTA listings (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) as well as to direct review sources.

Each property has its own:

  • Name

  • Booking Channels

  • Direct review link

  • Associated reviews

  • Sentiment analysis summary

  • Customizable review widget

  • Connect Listings from Booking Channels
    Match each Booking Channel's listing to a property so reviews are properly assigned.

🔁 When Should I Create a New Property?

You should create a new property in Revyoos when:

  • You manage a new rental unit not yet in the system

  • You want to separate reviews for different units (even in the same building)

  • You have different OTA listings that need to be kept independent

  • You want to generate a separate review form or widget for a specific listing


🧩 How Properties Work With Reviews

Every review in Revyoos is linked to a property — this ensures that guest feedback is properly categorized and can be displayed, analyzed, and managed in context.

When importing reviews (automatically or manually), Revyoos matches them to a property based on the OTA listing or selected import settings.
